As Portland's Official Festival, the Portland Rose Festival has been bringing the community together for more than 100 years to celebrate the things that make our home a great place to live and visit. Features include a riverside urban fair in Waterfront Park, a Rose Festival Court of outstanding students from area high schools, and three world-class parades, with the largest centerpiece event - the Grand Floral Parade. Most events take place starting Memorial Day Weekend for three consecutive seeks, however other Rose Festival activities happen year-round. The Portland Rose Festival Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization, and relies on support of the community, local businesses, and other partners to deliver these mission-based events and programs annually.
