Wellness is something that you create and maintain every day of you life. The factors that impact optimum wellness are many, varied and can be overwhelming. When you feel you aren't on the best path and don't know how to address the confusion, that is the time to call me. I can coach you through the challenging process of finding your purpose and values and support you as you choose the next steps. I act as an accountability partner - did you do your homework?(but I am not your mother). Having someone objective can make looking at change less threatening and more manageable. Break things down into easier steps and be successful all along the path. Remember life is a journey and while destinations are nice sometimes you see and learn more if that is not the only focus. On your path to wellness I may offer destress acupuncture sessions, many tools to use during your day to shut off the adrenalin pump that is working overtime and help you release a lot of what you don't really need to hang on to. I also teach Zentangle (C) Art method classes as another tool to focus on simple art design (you don't have to be an artist) and relax. It is a meditative art style that focuses on precise pattern placements called tangles but without a planned outcome. You just 'create' and there are no mistakes.
